From The Person Sitting At The Desk Of Wudbskibum

Just a quick update which I can assure you that I am writing myself.
I am fed up with seeing sales pages written by people's desks, presumably while they laze about on their yachts.

Yesterday I upgraded to the Silver level in Thelistauction and was able to send an email, promoting Acme-people-search to 2500 subscribers. This morning I had 9 new sign ups, potentially worth $270, for my $19.95 investment. I think this is terrific in just one day, with another 30 to go B4 next month's instalment. Plus, I can email another 1500+ every 5 days.

By then I may have decided to upgrade to Gold, sending my messages to over 3000 random members, every 3 days.
This is shaping up to be an excellent program, in my quest to take things to the next level.

Speak to you soon--My desk needs a polish.

The Easiest Program For Getting Referrals I Have Ever Joined

Yes it’s true.

I have promoted a number of affiliate programs over the last few years and acme-people-search has been by far the easiest for attracting affiliates.

Why is this?

Well this program ticks all the boxes.
It provides a service that 30% of people, using the major search engines, are looking for.
It gives affiliates a possible 5 income streams, through the programs Acme uses to generate sales, plus commissions from their referrals.

Since I joined I have had a steady stream of people signing up under me, resulting in my having several hundred dollars in pending payments. I say pending payments because commissions start to be paid after 30 days, when sign ups fully commit themselves to staying in the program, after their free trial finishes. There are then further commissions paid over the next 35 days. If these sign ups keep going for this period, my current pending payments will be doubled or trebled.
And why shouldn’t they keep going, as they will be in a similar position to where I am now?

To repeat what I’ve said previously, you only need one referral per month to break even, any more are worth $30 profit, each.
As if this is not enough, you also have your $125 signing up bonus to look forward to. Yes you get $125 just for joining Acme-people-search.
You only need three referrals to trigger this, [minimum payout is $200] and you’re well in profit.
Add on whatever money you make in sales, and don’t forget Acme are promoting your site for you, on top of your own efforts, and I think that it would be difficult not to make money out of this program.

Of course how well you do will be partly down to your own efforts.
I currently obtain traffic through using traffic exchanges, lead generators and this blog.
Most of the programs I use I am a free member of, but as money grows in my PayPal account, I am gradually upgrading. In general you get a lot more if you do this, and the results can explode very quickly.
Everybody says “the money is in the list” and, at the moment, mine is still very much a work in progress.
If you already have a decent list you will be able to make a lot more out of Acme, than I have.

However, for those of you without a big list I have been recommended a new program called The Listauction. Like most programs it has a free membership and upgrades.
The idea is that you can send emails promoting your business/opportunity and earn credits by reading emails sent to you, which enables you to post to a greater number.
Free members can email to between 500 and 1500 other random members every 7 days, silver to 1500+ every 5 and gold 3000+ every 3. Upgraded members can also auction or buy and sell credits and can post feature ads. This is a tremendous amount of exposure.
For the emails you receive it is best to create a separate email address just for these, and then surf them rather like a traffic exchange. The friend who recommended it to me says, he is getting tremendous success from this. I am presently trying out the free option, though may upgrade to silver soon, and suggest you have a look at it too.
Will probably talk about this further, in a future post.

Random Jottings

These are a few further points about programs already featured here, plus a musing about Adsense.

Viralurl
I’ve already talked about the benefits of Viralurl-- how essential it is to have a decent link cloaker if you are promoting affiliate programs, how you can build an ongoing, residual income from the referral program, and how it will help you to build a list.

The thing I didn’t mention is just how handy it is.

Most of us have to repeatedly insert the links for the programs we are promoting into any number of places. This usually involves struggling to remember long urls, that stretch into the distance, or going to the affiliate site, finding the referral link and then copy and pasting it.

However with Viralurl you only have to remember the core part of the url, which will then be the same for all your programs, and add an Id to it. For instance the Id for this blog is obviously weeklywinna and the second page winna2.

I find I can remember the Ids for most of my programs and when required, just type them in off the top of my head.

I would like to think that this program will help you save, and make money, and will make your life easier too.

GDI
One program I didn’t mention in my previous post is Networkstarteam.
They call themselves “the hottest Training Center For Your GDI Business”
They exist solely to promote GDI and like most programs are free with an optional upgrade.
One thing that is useful is that they have a direct link to a number of GDI capture pages, which are hidden away somewhere, if you wanted to find them, on the GDI site.
I hope this info. is useful to GDI members.

Free Viral
Traffic Digger
I haven’t done a post on these two traffic building programs, but have advertised them quietly in the background.
However if, like most of us, you are forever looking to send traffic to your sites/biz ops etc. they are worth a serious look at.
They are completely free and allow you to put an ad on their page.
All you have to do to get traffic to your ad is get referrals, you don’t have to do any surfing.
If you use traffic exchanges you are probably fed up with surfing anyway, but by adding these two programs to your exchanges, you will pick up referrals, which will build up the number of hits on your ads. As your referrals get referrals the number of hits to your ads will grow sharply and your site will get increasing traffic, with next to no effort on your part.

Acme-People-Search
Bit early to give a full report, but this is looking very promising.
I am getting a steady stream of referrals all of which are worth up to $30, if they carry on in the program, after their free trial period.
I am almost at the end of mine but will definitely stay in, as I only need one of the referrals to keep going to be breaking even, any number above this is profit.
Also, don’t forget that Acme is doing a lot of the work for me, and will follow up leads for twelve months provided I stay in the system. I am also making money from the leads that I am sending to one of the programs that I have become an affiliate of, through joining Acme.
Will post further when a reasonable number of the referrals have got to the end of their trial period and I have a better idea of how things are likely to go in the long term.

ADSENSE OR NONSENSE?
Lots of people who have websites and blogs cover them in Adsense aka Google ads.
To make any money out of these you need to have hundreds, probably thousands of clicks. Not easy unless you have hundreds of websites.
I am always coming across websites/blogs that are so infested with these ads it is difficult to read the content that is hidden amongst them.
What prompted me to comment on this is that earlier today I clicked on a site that sold screensavers.
When I arrived at the site, right in my eyeline were two large Google ads for, guess what --screensavers, because Adsense picks ads to display, that are relevant to the site they are displayed on.
Therefore visitors will possibly click on one these before they even look at the site itself, and never return. This is sales down the pan.
I also believe that if you use Adsense on sites that are on traffic exchanges, your account can be closed down, and you wont get it back. Worth thinking about.

Heavens I've Joined GDI

Yes I’ve joined GDI [Global Domains International].

Why am I surprised? because I’ve been aware of this program for ages, it’s been around since 1999ish, but I’ve always resisted joining.
Not sure why. I think it’s because I’ve always found it a bit pushy. Especially the noisy red car video--You must have noticed it.

Having said that ,I have to admit that it is obviously successful.
I personally know that one of the top earners at E-lottery, which probably means he makes a six figure income [GBP] out of it, uses GDI as his main business!
So why have I joined now?

Well having signed up with Acme-people-search I found that GDI was amongst the programs you need to join, to make money from it.

There are about three others that you need to join to receive commissions, all free, but GDI is different as you can make money from referrals through it, this being part of the package you get if you subscribe to Acme’s advertising program--See previous post.

GDI costs $10 a month but you receive a domain name, of your choice---GDI promotes .ws [website] which it thinks will eventually be a big alternative to .com, when that suffix exhausts most of the possible name combinations. You need very few referrals to be well ahead of your $10
At this point I was just going to leave it as part of the Acme P S set up, and mostly leave them to it, and maybe display a few direct GDI ads myself.

However, by pure coincidence I received an email with a new post from one of my favourite sites--affiliatecurve--all about promoting GDI.

The ideas in this were too good to resist , as they involved joining free programs that are already set up to promote GDI. Here is what is involved---

Obviously if you want to go along with this you need to join GDI and register your username so that you can use it for id in the free programs.
To join GDI please CLICK HERE, watch the video and sign up.

Once you are signed up you need to join Hits2u.

What Hits2U does is give visitors a place to submit an ad for THEIR site. Lots of people will be only to keen to submit their site for free advertising. Meanwhile, in the background, Hits2u offers your prospect more free advertising for their site - It shows them how to do that - By taking a trial of GDI and promoting the same Hits2U Link - What is great about this is that it's all done AUTOMATICALLY FOR YOU! You join Hits2U, enter your GDI Username (not your website, just your USERNAME) and anytime you get a "lead" that person may/may not check out GDI - All you do is promote Hits2U and the system does all the rest.

To join Hits2u, please CLICK HERE

Next join The Spiderweb Marketing System

This system is fairly new but I have read several good reviews of it, and Paul at Affiliate curve thinks that is the best place to promote GDI

Including GDI it promotes 22 different income streams which you can set up free of charge, including tutorial videos, for each one.

As luck would have it GDI is the first video set up on the Spidermarketing page and therefore the first one new signees will look at.
The video will do a very good job of selling GDI to these prospects but the system automatically follows them up with emails and tips.

To join the Spiderweb Marketing System please CLICK HERE.

All you have to do now is promote these two programs, along with Acme people search if you have joined, and these sites will do all the work for you.

You can also promote GDI directly with one of the several referral links on their site.

I hope Paul at Affiliatecurve doesn’t mind me pinching a couple of his ideas.
I have signed up to the above programs under him, and along with anyone signing up here, we’ll all be in his downline.
